Tall Self-Closing Box

Tall self closing box 1

This is the tall version of the self-closing box that I made at the very beginning.

I love using the Paper Fundamentals for these projects. It is as thick as our card stock and  they come in 4 different packs, Whimsy are the soft pastel colours, Adventure are bold colours, Enchantment are a deeper colour and Basic are your black, greys, browns and fawn colours.

There are 20 sheets in each pack (2 of each colour) and  in 10 different designs.

These are the 10 different designs.

If you would like to order any of these papers you need to get in before the 31st of August to get them in these Designs, because on the 1st of September there will be new designs coming, and a small price increase.

here are the codes: Whimsy  Z2033,  Enchantment  Z2031, Adventure  Z2032 and Basic  Z1939.

Here are the measurement, the cutting layout and video:

Card stock: 12′ x 8-1/2′

Score on the short side @ 1/2′ and 4-1/2′

If using a CTMH score board:

score on long side @ 1′ on one end and 1′ on the other end.

If using a 12′ score board:

score on the long side @ 1′ and 11′

Turn back to the short side and making sure that the 1/2′ is in the top left hand corner of the score bard, score @ 2-1/2′ and 6-1/2′ down to the score line as shown in diagram.Tall self closing box instructions

The cut out pieces for the Father’s Day is a 1-3/4′ circle punch in White Daisy and the backing is a 2′ circle punch in olive and the stamp set is D1560 ” Holiday Tags” and the happy birthday one is in White Daisy cut on the Cricut Artiste Cartridge on page 36, @ 1-3/4′ and the backing is in Gypsy and is cut @ 2′ and the stamp set is C1605 “Happy to Be Friends”.

The inks used are Gypsy, Olive and Black.

I also used the Trimmer  CTMH Score Board and 3D foam.

I hope that you like this box revisited in a different size.

Its finished  dimensions are 11′ tall x 2′ squared.

I hope that you give this box a go,

till next time, keep on creating 😉
