Circle Frame, Flower, Scallop Edge Card

Hi Crafty friends:)

When I saw this Card on Pinterest, I thought that it would wonderful in the new Bashful card stock and Bashful Glitter paper. I also thought that the “National Stamp Month” Stamp set would look great on this card, but I  only wanted the flowers and not the words. So I have cut the flowers away from the words to give me more versatility with this stamp set.

So here is the measurements, instructions and video:

  1. Fold and burnish the score lines on the box base.
  2. Cut up to the score line on two sides to form the side flaps, as shown.
  3. Add adhesive to the inside of the flaps and place then onto the outside of the box.
  4. On the wrong side of the paper, place adhesive down the right hand side and along the bottom edge.
  5. Place the paper onto the one middle section of the box base, and following the bottom edge gently fold the paper around all four corners.
  6. Adhere the paper to itself (this should give you a tube with a square base).
  7. Place adhesive to the 1’ strip and wrap it around the outside bottom of the box/bag.
  8. Cut the two circles out. Then score them in half @ 1-1/4’.
  9. Add adhesive to the inside and place one onto the back of the tube (where the paper joins together) and one onto the front.
  10. Punch two holes into the back circle (about 1/2′ down from the top) and one into the front circle (1/2’ from the top)
  11. Thread the ribbon through the two back holes and then pull both through the one front hole and tie into a bow.
  12. Cut out two tags from the Tags Thin Cuts. One in white Daisy and one in matching card stock.
  13. Stamp a “Just for You” sentiment onto the white tag in Black ink.
  14. Off set the white and coloured tags and using the twine attach it to the bow.
  15. Add some gems to finish.

Here is the cutting and scoring guide for the box base.
