Cared Sketch #5 Christmas Presents

This card was a little gem that I found on Pinterest. There was quite a few but I really liked this one the best.

It was from this site: crafting4fun.blogspot.com.

mine is a little bit different but the concept is the same.

So here are the measurements and video:

White Card & Envelope: 5-1/2” x 4-1/4”

Candy Apple Matting Panel: 5-1/4” x 4”

White Daisy Front Panel: 5” x 3-3/4”

Kaleidoscope Embossing Folder Z4096

Paper for the box base: use a mixture of different colours

  • 3” x 1-1/2”
  • 2-1/2” x 1-1/4”
  • 2” x 1”

Card stock for the lids: use card stock to match the box base

  • 3” x 3/8”
  • 2-1/2” x 3/8”
  • 2” x 3/8”

Stamp set: Santa’s Airmail M1302

1” White Daisy Circle Thin Cut or Punch

5” piece of 1/2” Ribbon and a Bow to match

Evergreen Ink

  1. Run the White Daisy front panel through the Kaleidoscope Embossing folder.
  2. Adhere this to the Candy Apple matting panel and adhere to the front of the card.
  3. Taking the 3-3/4” x 1-3/4” White Daisy present panel. Run adhesive down both the long sides and adhere the largest box paper to the bottom edge, then adhere the middle box paper, butting up to the bottom paper. Adhere the small box in the same way to the top.
  4. Adhere the lid panels to the top of each box paper.
  5. Place some adhesive on to the bottom back and adhere the end of the ribbon into place.
  6. Bring the ribbon up the front of the boxes and adhere to the top back.
  7. Adhere these to the front of the card.
  8. Cut out the 1” circle on a scrap of White Daisy and stamp the β€œMerry Christmas” in Evergreen ink.
  9. Adhere this to the top of the boxes on the ribbon.
  10. Adhere the Bow with a Glue Dot to finish.
